I don't understand the phrase "Broderbund Customer Support". Basically, what customer support? Broderbund customer support is non-existant. Their help page is awful. Their customer service reps can only say "I'm sorry but we don't provide any technical support". When you email them your problem, it is always a form letter that comes back and says to see Broderbund online. Even Microsoft will offer support - for a price. Broderbund stinks, and I'm returning the product I purchased from them because, basically, they offer NO support. The irony is that they offer "learning" software. Learning involves communication, right? Listening to people to find out their problems and trying to solve them. You'd think that Broderbund would know something about learning??

I'm sure I was looking for a link that I wanted to 'bookmark'.

So, Broderbund Customer Support is an oxymoron? I'm sorry.
