I've got one from Walmart-looks exactly the same and same price but the brand is FILO. So far so good it works pretty awesome for the price.

I have only tried to burn one DVD and it was a cheap no-name brand. It worked great!
I usually subscribe to you get what you pay for but so far I am very happy with this purchase.
